Continence UK (The Company) accepts bookings under the following conditions:
1. The completed booking forms must be sent to the address shown on the bottom of the registration
form. A confirmation will then be issued.
2. Invoices must be paid within 14 days. Non-payment could result in booking being cancelled by
the Company.
3. All correspondence will be sent to delegates at the mailing address specified on booking form. (This
address will also appear on the official delegate list given out after the conference).
4. Payment for any booking made after 18th June 2007 will still be due to the Company irrespective
of whether the delegate attends.
5. Should a delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate can be made.
6. Delegate rates shown on booking form do not include travel expenses or accommodation.
7. Refreshments, lunch, abstract booklet, attendance to all clinical sessions and admittance to exhibition
hall are included in the delegate fee.
8. The Company reserves the right to change the conference programme/speakers for any reason out
of its control.
9. The Company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to delegates' own property and/or
personal effects whilst at the conference. The Company does not accept liability for loss or damage
of personal effects caused by events beyond its control, including (but without limitation) fire, flood,
strikes and civil disturbances or for consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever.
10. Cancellation of Booking. A refund of 90% of booking fee will be refunded if booking cancelled
before 28th May 2007.
