Moisture Lesions Vs Pressure Sores - how do we classify them ?
The panel of continence, dermatology and wound experts will debate the issue of moisture lesions: should they be graded as part of pressure ulcer risk assessment or are they separate aetiological lesions and therefore have their own grading system?
